   These Terms govern the sale of goods between Tableluno and customers placing orders via www.tableluno.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms in full.
3. Products
   Tableluno offers table linen items made from premium cotton and linen blends. Product descriptions and images are intended to provide an accurate, general representation of each item. Due to the nature of textile production, minor variations in tone, texture, or appearance may occur and are considered standard market characteristics.
4. Order Processing
   Orders are processed securely and efficiently within 1–3 business days following confirmation of payment and order acceptance. Once processed, orders are immediately prepared for dispatch from our facility.
5. Delivery
   Tableluno delivers orders to customers across Europe using recognized international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS or equivalent premium logistics services.

Estimated delivery time: Generally 5–9 business days from dispatch, depending on destination.

Tracking documentation: Tracking information is generated automatically and provided via email to update customers at key stages, including dispatch, transit, and local delivery.

6. Transfer of Risk
   In strict accordance with applicable European consumer protection law, responsibility for the safe transit of goods remains fully with Tableluno until the items are delivered to the customer or a designated recipient.
7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
   If an order exceeds the expected delivery timeframe, our customer support team will immediately launch an official investigation with the relevant carrier. To ensure transaction safety and prevent unauthorized disputes, we guarantee a clear resolution, which includes providing a full order replacement or a complete refund to the buyer.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
   Customers located within the European Union maintain the absolute statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, customers must notify Tableluno via email within this 14-day period. Refunds are processed efficiently following the receipt and standard inspection of returned items in line with EU consumer laws.
9. Returns and Damaged Items
   If an item arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing defect upon receipt, customers should notify Tableluno via email with supporting photographic evidence. Each case is prioritized immediately; upon verification of the damage, Tableluno will provide an immediate resolution, including a replacement or a full refund. In clearly identifiable cases, further physical return of the affected item will not be required.
10. Refunds
    Where a refund is issued, it will be automatically processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing timelines adhere strictly to standard banking procedures.
